How to book a Bali luxury charter

Payment terms
What you pay, and when.
Reminders are sent ahead of every deadline.
- Deposit
- 25% of the charter fee, non-refundable, due within 7 calendar days of the confirmed booking invoice.
- Balance
- Due 60 calendar days before embarkation: a charter on 1 September is paid in full by 3 July.
- Late bookings
- Booked within 60 days of departure, the full charter fee is due at booking.
- Methods
- Bank transfer in USD or IDR, or a major credit card, which may carry a processing fee of about 2–3%.
- Provisioning allowance
- Larger charters may add an APA of 25–30% for extra fuel, alcohol and port fees. Captain-managed; unspent funds are refunded.

Cancellations are made in writing, by email to your charter specialist. Notice is counted to the embarkation date.
90 days or more
- Cancellation
- 90% refund; a 10% administrative fee is retained

- Usually no fee, subject to availability and seasonal rates
61–89 days
- Cancellation
- 50% refund of the charter fee
- Amendment
- A flat USD 500 fee may apply, plus any rate difference
60 days or less
- Cancellation
- No refund of the charter fee
- Amendment
- Subject to approval; a higher fee, or treated as cancellation and rebooking
