- Tourism License (SIUP PARIWISATA): We hold a comprehensive Tour and Travel Business License (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Pariwisata) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct all charter and tour activities.
- Employee Welfare: All our Indonesian employees are registered for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security and insurance program), covering health, accidents, and retirement benefits, as mandated by law.
Maritime Safety Standards

- Vessel Certification: Every vessel in our portfolio maintains a valid Certificate of Seaworthiness (Surat Kelaiklautan Kapal) and is subject to regular inspections by the local port authority (Syahbandar).
- Port Clearance (SPB): No vessel departs without a Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (Port Clearance Permit), which confirms the vessel is seaworthy, properly manned, and has all necessary documentation for its intended voyage.
- Crew Certification: All our deck and engine crew hold internationally recognized STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) qualifications and a valid Indonesian Seaman’s Book (Buku Pelaut).
- Insurance: All vessels carry comprehensive Hull & Machinery and Protection & Indemnity (P&I) insurance from reputable international providers.
- Onboard Safety Systems: We mandate that all vessels are equipped with modern safety equipment, including GPS, radar, depth sounders, VHF/SSB radios, EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon), and SOLAS-approved life rafts and life vests.
